Coverage Period: 5 years from date of purchase.

What's Covered:

• Accidental stains from food and beverages
• Accidental rips, tears, and punctures
• Accidental breakage of wood, glass, or metal components
• Accidental burns and heat marks
• Pet damage including scratches and bodily fluid stains
• Ink and dye transfer stains
• Accidental structural damage from falls or impacts
• Water damage from spills (not flooding)

What's Not Covered:

• Intentional damage or vandalism
• Damage caused by improper cleaning products
• Accumulated wear from repeated incidents
• Pre-existing damage not reported at time of purchase
• Damage from natural disasters or flooding
• Commercial use of residential furniture
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

How to Make a Claim: Report incidents within 30 days of occurrence. Contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and protection plan certificate. Include photographs of the damage. Our specialists will arrange professional cleaning, repair, or replacement as appropriate within 21 working days.

Transferable: This protection plan is fully transferable to subsequent owners if the furniture is sold. Simply provide the new owner with the original purchase documentation and protection plan certificate.
