Which frame size fits you?

Frame size is the length of the seat tube in centimetres. It is an industry measure: all brands use the same range, from 45 to 65 for city and hybrid bikes. Some brands add a letter size (XS to XXL); that is the same range in other words.

One body height usually fits several frame sizes. That is because your inside leg length, not your height, determines how tall your frame should be, and that ratio differs from person to person. If you know your inside leg length, use the last column — that gives you a single size.

For kids' bikes we don't talk about frame size but bike size: the wheel size in inches. Go by clothing size, which is more accurate than age.
